U.S. FIGURE SKATING ASPIRE PROGRAM

The Aspire Edge program at the Berger Foundation Iceplex helps beginning figure skaters make the transition from learn to skate group classes into U.S. Figure Skating. A safe, supportive group training environment keeps costs down and motivation high as skaters acquire new skills, develop good practice habits and learn the fundamentals of training alongside their peers.

Pre-Free Skate

Pre-Free Skate is comprised of a variety of progressive skating skills, transitions, including an introduction to spins and jumps.

  • Jump Excellence – Axel Jump Class: Open to skaters who are working on their single Axel. Use of a Harness available during the class.
  • Artistry in Motion – Skaters will learn the basic principles and philosophy of choreography, presentation, and performance to integrate into their own skating with the use of fun music, props, and costumes.

7-week session ends week of April 20, 2024
