Parking is free of charge for registered guests of the Berger Foundation Iceplex. On arena events days, guests of the Berger Foundation Iceplex must check-in at the Welcome Center prior to parking being validated for the session. Please bring your license plate number to the Welcome Center when checking in. Parking will be validated for the session guests are registered for, limit 3 hours.
The Berger Foundation Iceplex serves as a welcoming year-round refuge for locals and visitors to skate, train and have FUN.
The 36,000sf Iceplex will feature a 250-spectator seat NHL ice rink, four locker rooms, two party room areas, and a mezzanine for customers to enjoy concessions while connecting with friends. A myriad of special events will be open to the public, including hockey and skating programs, tournaments, exhibition ice shows plus themed and charitable activities to include DJ Skate nights, Frozen 5k, Be a Star, and more.
The Iceplex is the official training center of the Coachella Valley Firebirds. In addition to daily public skating sessions, the Iceplex will also be home to the CV Skate Academy, Adult and Junior Hockey Leagues, Birthday Parties, and more. Opportunities for private ice rental for tournaments, broomball, corporate, nonprofit and other special events will also be available.

The H.N. and Frances C. Berger Foundation is a private, charitable foundation that thoughtfully supports organizations and endeavors that “help people help themselves.” Founded in 1961, the foundation has focused its charitable and community contributions in the Coachella Valley since 1996. The Berger Foundation Iceplex occupies land owned by the foundation and is regarded by its board as an investment in the community.
