Playing hockey has been my passion ever since the first time I stepped on the ice. I am excited to share my knowledge from years of playing to help players of all ages and levels achieve the skills they need to become a better skater and hockey player.

I have over 26 years of hockey experience and 10 years of competitive youth travel hockey experience. I have attended hockey school at Okanagan, Penticton, BC and hockey camps in Las Vegas. I work with men and women of all ages. I specialize the lesson plans based on the skater’s experience and skill level.
Approved Iceplex staff coaches and JR Firebird coaches are allowed to teach on Stick & Puck and Public session. No sticks or pucks allowed on public sessions. All coaches must abide by Stick & Puck code of conduct.
All visiting coaches are asked to contact management 7 days prior to coming to the facility. Visiting coaches must be approved by hockey manager prior to coaching. All visiting coaches will need to fill out a guest coach packet and provide the following:
