The Berger Foundation Iceplex serves as a welcoming year-round refuge for locals and visitors to skate, train and have fun.
The 36,000sf Iceplex features 250-spectator seat NHL ice rink, four locker rooms, two party room areas, and a mezzanine for customers to enjoy concessions while connecting with friends. A myriad of special events are open to the public, including hockey and skating programs, tournaments, exhibition ice shows plus themed and charitable activities.
The Iceplex is the official training center of the Coachella Valley Firebirds. In addition to daily public skating sessions, the Iceplex is also home to CV SK8 Academy, Adult and Junior Hockey Leagues, Birthday Parties, Camps and Clinics, and more. Opportunities for private ice rental for tournaments, broomball, corporate, nonprofit and other special events are also available.

The H.N. and Frances C. Berger Foundation is a private, charitable foundation that thoughtfully supports organizations and endeavors that “help people help themselves.” Founded in 1961, the foundation has focused its charitable and community contributions in the Coachella Valley since 1996. The Berger Foundation Iceplex occupies land owned by the foundation and is regarded by its board as an investment in the community.
